Default Strange Coolant Behavior (Video Link Attached)

my temp gauge is wildly fluctuation and a coolant warning corresponding to when it maxes out keeps appearing. coolant level is normal, though i have had to add small amounts here and there over the past 5-6 months. timing belt and water pump changed 20k miles ago, total miles 150k. ive tried burping the system. heat running hot as ever, a/c still working but i dont think as well as before this started acting up. any ideas and advice greatly appreciated! thanks!

There is still air in the system. Some of them are hard to get all the air out. I plan on getting a vacuum coolant filling setup at some point soon. You may need to take it to a reputable German Car shop to have it bled if you can't get it taken care of yourself.
