Default Towing an 06 A4

I'm about to move from Colorado to Alabama by towing the A4 behind a Jeep Grand Cherokee. Question about towing options...

What do you think about a dolly? My A4 suspension is stock, but do you think it's too low for a dolly? Anyone have experience here?

I may end up going with a flatbed trailer but with that my Jeep isn't that big and somewhat questioning it. A dolly would be easy but would it be practicable for a 1500 mile drive?

I'm open to anything... Just want to know your thoughts.

I would not tow an Audi for a long trip like this, unless it is on a flatbed.
I would not tow any Quattro for any distance at all, except on a flatbed.

Good to know. I do have a quattro - could this have a devastating impact?
