Default Wont start!! No Spark! HELP!

Ok so im driving down the road, and all of a sudden my car bogs doen and sounds like a subaru.. check engine light is flashing. I check plugs, wires, yadda yadda, but still no go.. its only running on 2 cylinders. Then the Engine Timing fuse blows and wont start. I replace the fuse and it starts up, again sounding like a Subaru. No spark to the front 2 cylinders which are I believe 1, and 3. What do I do??? Anyone have this problem? Please help!!

I have a A4 1.8T which had the same issue a few months back. Ended up being the ignition control module. You might have the same problem.

couple quick checks.. depending on your ignition system... try swapping the coils for the cylinders that work with the ones that dont, see if the problem follows the coils.. i wouldnt run it anymore than it has to be though.. blinking mil light means imminent damge can occur. its not just a warning flash, its a shut me off now flash...
