I have a audi a4 b5 1997 1.8 turbo quattro. The problem a I have is that where the turbo is connect to the catalytic converter get's red from the heat.I did replace the converter with a new one but still have the same problem.Any info. What can be?

 

I have the same thing. I'm pretty sure this is a normal thing after high rpm driving or prolonged trips. nothing to be worried about is the answer ive gotten with this exact same question. If you drive it hard then before you get home take it easy or let it idle 5-10 mins before shut down to make it easier on your turbo. The glowing is normal however
