Default Liquid wax/sealant residue on the dash

I noticed a few spots of wax on the lower part of the dash, by the center ashtray and the temperature control, I assume it got there after my dad got that undercarriage sealant bullshit and it somehow came through the gear ****, and now there are several splatter spots of wax. I've tried removing it with microfiber cloth and warm soapy water but it's still there. I was wondering if anyone knows of anything that can remove these spots from my dash

try using a subtle mix of interior cleaner.. something that has some cleaning potential but not harsh enough to harm your interior.. water it down at first if your not sure if it may be too strong

A friend of mine suggested trying to clean it with diluted mineral spirits. I'm not too sure about that, mineral spirits is kinda hardcore for cleaning an interior
