2000 Audi a4 1.8 t quattro, car died on me while I was driving, it started and idled kinda good, I pressed on the gas slow and it would climb up, but if I tried to take off in first gear, it would sputter and die. Now it won't start, I checked the maf sensor and I can't find it anywhere, I think my Turbo ate it?? Will the car not start if the mad sensor is not connected? Computer said it was misfiring

 

You need to scan the computer and post your fault codes. That'll help narrow it down.
