Hello everyone,

I was born in Wurzburg, Germany and spent my first days cruising the Autobahn at 160 km/h. Since then, I've pined for some german wheels. Finally, it happened; I've got one.

I've recently purchased a 1997 A8 Quattro. I'm really quite pleased with the 4.2 litre, and was actually a bit surprised by it (I'm used to larger-displacement V8s).

Thanks, everyone. Also, please excuse my current ignorance on certain topics; I never thought I'd be in an A8, but it cam accross at the right price and I jumped on it.
