We ordered 2 2009 Audi Q5s from Audi Riverside in NJ, and paid off by cash on March 12, 2009, in total of $85240.00, by instant wire. After 2 weeks the Audi Riverside failed to deliver the cars to us and the president of the Audi Riverside Sean Rajan told us the cars “were held at the port” and wrote us a letter saying “the cars will be arriving shortly”. Then another 2 weeks passed, Sean said the cars “will be arriving in the weekend”, but no cars were ever seen, and Sean repeat the same lies again and again then after 1 month, we could no longer reach him either by phone calls or emails, he disappeared. The sales man, Kevin, was very easy to be reached because he was fired by Sean and could not provide any help. Now 2 months passed by, they NEVER deliver our cars nor refund our money. Our partners asked them cancel the deal and refund our money many weeks ago and the accountant said they would issue the check once the business owner Sean signed the check. But this signing takes many weeks and no money back. We have filed this case to Audi of America about 3 weeks ago and a supervisor of AoA said they had talked to the controller of Audi Riverside and the controller was ready to release the money but had to wait for the owner’s signature. As you know, that was the same lie that the Riverside Audi keep telling us in 2 months, and AoA now became the 2nd listener after us and even forwarded the lie to us. We are going to file this case to NJ Office of Consumer Affairs, the NJ Attorney General's Office & the Hudson Consumer Affairs office. We believe they scammed us and diverted our money to fix other issues, and this was definitely illegal and if we could not get our money back we will finally sue them. We also really want to know what happened in Riverside Audi and WHY they as a big Audi dealer did such a shamed thing??????
