Default ABS, Airbag and CE lights on in B5 Im buying

Hey I am probibly buying this B5 with 94000 on it but apprently there are a couple thigs wrong with it.
This is a quote from the sellar:

ATT: The drivers seat belt is stuck and does not move.ABS, AIRBAG, Engine lights are on. This is a sensor issue ONLY or could be directly linked due to the failed seatbelt. THE MECHANICS ON THIS CAR ARE PERFECT. Door sensor also has a problem. I think the root cause to all this a bad negative wire. Front Seats: does not move closer or further, but in immaculate condition. Rear Seats: does not move closer or further, but in Immaculate condition

I have to drive to NY to look at/ pay for this car so I wont have all the time in the world to figure this out. Does this sound like it is all related to te seatbelt being stuck or is ita much more serious problem? Also is there an easy fix for the seats? Would this turn you off to buing this car? Any feedback would be apprciated. Thanks much.

If it's so perfect, & easy to fix, then why haven't they fixed it?

Chances are the ABS controller is bad, so you will need a new one. Might be some sensor for the airbag. Why is the CEL on? Chances are that is a engine related problem.

I dont think if it only has 94k and the problems are easy to fix, that they would be ditching the car. If they really knew what was wrong with the car it would be one thing because you could get quoted for it and wouldent be paying crazy amounts for diagnostic time.
The seatbelt problem is more the likly the airbag light though. or a tensioner in it. one of my rear seat belt clickers went bad and my airbag light came on.
