I just picked up a set of alcantara b5 s4 seats that I was thinking of putting in my b5 a4. I read a few guys saying the s4 seats are a little taller then the a4 seats. This might be a problem considering im 6'4. While searching out this topic I came across an old thread on audiworld.com where a guy had posted there is a DIY for taking out at least .5" of the lower seat cushion to gain headroom. Does anyone have access to this DIY?

Or better yet if anyone is local in socal that has a b5 s4 that I can sit in real quick before I start pulling my carpet and welding mounting tabs in I would really appreciate that.
