So I have a 2000 s4 and had the tranny rebuilt and entire clutch assemly put in. Now after maybe 500 miles of driving, the other night, my clutch got really hard to push down and even the clutch pedal got stuck to the floor a few times. As I was pushing the clutch down with my foot you could feel it like click like twice(the pedal itself). So has anyone ever experienced the clutch get tough like that to push down and also get stuck in the down position. It's deff. going back to the mechanic but this mechanic is a certified piece of ****.
After this whole trans job and turbo job i'm leaking oil, coolant and some steering fluid. The entire cooling system is all new. Not sure where the oil is coming from but this mechanic is going to do work as I have already given him 10k in work with no results. I'm just fed up ya know.

 

it sounds like the clutch master is bad.

 

forgot to mention I just replaced the clutch master and slave with this whole job
