If you don't want to get a timer, you can always use the door chime to help you keep time. It chimes for 30 seconds, so when it stops chiming and you want to keep cooling down, just close the door and go another 30 seconds. Whenever my friends ask what I'm doing, I tell them its the poor mans turbo timer.

1-3 minutes on Turbo Timer.
For additional cooling, upgrade your Low temp Thermo-Switch for S4 (B5) After-Run System (Write-up)
