I just got a audi s4 it's a 2001 6mt with only 128k and has plenty of maintence records and I paid 3400 for it, but the clutch is bad it barely grips, so aim going to replace the clutch is there anything else that needs to be done since i will open it up

 

All vacuum lines, rear main seal, timing belt, hoses, cam seals, valve cover seals. check alternator, starter, turbos and make sure they are in good working order. i would also re-build your oil cooler as well.
