Any idea on how to fix any of these problems or sugesstions would be much appreciated thanks,

maybe bad o2 sensor and bad fuel level sensor

 

the engine wasn't up to normal temp when you did the scan by your read out so many sensors gave out poor readings which would be normal, I recommned you do the test with engine running when the engine is piping hot after a good run

 

I'd clear the codes, run the car for a week and see what if anything comes back.
