Try to get a complete service history form the owner and definately run a carfax. At 111K the timing belt had to be done at least once, see when that was as u may need to do it again in a year or two. Checking simple things like fluid levels can tell you wether this car has been cared for or not.
the turbo should be alright. ive seen em still going at almost 140k miles with no problems. some arent so fortunate though. keep in mind a lot of people just say "highway miles" on a high mileage car to increase the resale value. find out the specifics on that if you can... like, ask what highway and why it was driven so much on the highway etc. if its a dealer, just assume they are lying about that. dealers typicaly have no clue or records of the car's history.
