just make sure ur "hook up" for paint isn't a mexican migrant worker named armando and a spraycan

nah my friend at the body shop is getting the bumper for super cheap, and using the body shops paint guy which i can get a discount on.

cool - u can get a stock bumper for around 400 and painted for 600 total

Ha ha that sounds rough, it stays on your record for a year til you turn 18 and your record gets wiped clean. That must be horrible. I don't know if other states are different, but in California everything disappears at 18. Like that pesky 60 mph through a stop sign in a 35 (oops).
