Default how do i change power steering fluid?

as you can probably tell, im not very knowledgable with these cars. i tried searching and looking under the hood and for the life of me, i cannot find where im suppose to drain and refill the power steering fluid. im getting some loud screeching noises when i turn the wheel and i think im running low. can anyone help me out with this?

ps: sorry for the ignorance. im just trying to get this fixed.

Driver's side near the front grill with the green top.

However, before you ruin your steering rack, you cannot put "off the shelf" Power steering fluid, or automatic transmission fluid.

You need to buy Pentosin 11S synthetic fluid, or go to VW and get OEM.

If your power steering fluid is low, find the leak.

When I change mine, I just use a small turkey baster and change what is in the reservoir every 15K miles.
