Yea I guess I should pass on that one. I just heard that the awd are horrible in the snow. Do you guys think this is a bad deal. They have had the belt replaced. http://www.autotrader.com/fyc/vdp.js...amp;cardist=25

awd horrible in the snow!?!?! someone is smokin some good crack. granted my quattro plows a little more than I would like, but the traction is phenominal, and there's nothing like drifting on bad roads in a audi. the only problem that I have with driving my audi in the winter.....is that it makes me feel like everyone else is WAAAY over cautious and drives WAAAY to slow lol

Its not a bad price, but its still a 12v, and fwd, which is why its so cheap.
You'd be much better off paying more for a 30v quattro. Trust me, its worth every penny more.

Does that mean its going to be dog slow. Here it is please voice your honest opinion. http://www.autotrader.com/fyc/vdp.js...amp;cardist=15

Its still not quattro.

Stock, the 1.8t is not very fast, a $500 chip adds about 50hp, which makes a huge difference. So, figure that in if you go for a 1.8t.

Whats about this one http://www.cars.com/go/search/detail...eadExists=true
The 1.8T Chipped will be just as fast as a stock V6 and will net you a bit better Gas Mileage. Plus its Quattro.
And its cheap so if it needs the belt its still in your price range max of $9000 taken from your search criteria.

Honestly if your not going to get the AWD then you may want to go a step cheaper and just do a VW...

Its less miles then the 12v you were looking at earlier, plus it has more to do with how the engine was cared for. I dont think I own a car with under 125K on it now, except my wifes Focus. My audi has 145K and still has fantastic compression 195/175/195/195. Check out this mileage thread.

I dont think your going to get one in good shape with 65K miles and AWD for under 10 grand...
