Default A6 2.8 V30 Crank bolt torque?

Hi, I'm in the middle of timing belt/seals replacement (the car is already apart) and I was stupid enough to start it without repair manual. =)
Can anyone please check in your books what torque must be used for the crank and cam bolts, and how does the crank bolt must be removed (will putting the car in gear and holding brakes be enough?)
Thanks.

From the Bentley -

Fastener location
Tightening torques

Toothed belt sprocket to camshaft
55 Nm (40 ft lb)

Idler wheel
45 Nm (33 ft lb)

Toothed belt tensioning roller
20 Nm (15 ft lb)

Pulley to crankshaft
20 Nm (15 ft lb)

Toothed belt tensioner
10 Nm (7 ft lb)

Center bolt to crankshaft 1)
200 Nm (147 ft lb) + 1/2 -turn (180) 2)

1) Always replace the center bolt.
2) The additional 1/2 -turn (180) can also be tightened in two 1/4 -turn (90) steps.
