I know the issue well its a fan measuring the air volume in the cab to adjust the air con ( normally found behind the front vents ) it gets noisy when cold

yea, u missunderstood me.. .. I didn't say that the turbos were going bad.only that turbos make sound.

whats funny is that when the sound comes up, and i tap with my finger on the area around the triangle or over the air vents in the middle the sound goes down, eventually the buzz returns after a few minutes, but still, could it be the hazard?
