By 02 I meant 2002 sorry about that. The Ignition in the 2002 3.0 is controled by the ECM. My 2002 3.0 tends to misfire if I don't re pinch the females especially if I havent taken them off in a while. It may build a slight coat of moss on the connections. I'm not sure, but I have pulled over a few times after working on it and had to whip out johnny pen knife and tighten them up. Happened on my 4.2 once also.

Worth a try, it's quick.

 

ive already got dialectric grease on the coils . and yea i m getting misfire on 1,2, 3 cylinders .

 

Gotcha lol - I had a brainfart. To the OP, definitely try pinching the terminal plugs like he said - it can force a tighter connection.

 

checked wires on 02 sensors they seen to be right white on white gray on gray black on black
the CEL light flashes on and off at times does that means anything
notice when i take oil cap off the engine shakes even worse
can you add the SEAFOAM treatment on the engine oil ?
