My odometer display slowly quit showing full numbers though when driving in the cooler weather with the heat on some but not all LEDs do come back. Can I fix this problem myself by wiggling some wire connector somewhere?

 

Oh, on the disappearing odometer numbers my Audi is a 2001 A6 2.8 with approx 131k miles on it.
