Hi folks,

I want to put my old 1995 A6 steering wheel (leather sport type)onto my 1995 A8.

Is this possible?? Is the taper and keyway the same?

There are no tip-tronic buttons on either wheels.

I think they are the same but worth the try anyway it cant harm nothing

Would you know if there is any dangers to watchout for regarding setting off airbag pyros or the like?

Now that would be embarrasing....
