How much can i knock him down for the MMI? Is there anything else it does other than navigation? Doesn't it control the car?

These Audis are performance vehicles. That said:you must realize that they will take more to operate and maintain than a Honda accord. Consider and average of 1500-2000 dollars a year for maintenance and repair ( more precise estimates should be available on the net ) costs.
