transmission service

There is a good reason their sales department uses the word "lifetime"
I mean it's only ink on a paper. They could have just as easily written a mileage.
What is the description of lifetime? The cars lifetime? My lifetime? Their lifetime?
It's only good while it's living, Cars are not alive?
A lifetime fluid in a non-lifetime transmission. What's up is that?
I'm so confused
LIFeTIMe?

Customer: "My transmission failed at 120K miles."
Audi: " Your car is dead...we held up our end of the bargain."
Customer: "What should I do?"
Audi: "Hand me your wallet and follow me to the service dept OR this way to the showroom."
Moral: Audi's ARE alive, but without "trans"plant or open trans surgery, they die before they should.

Trans should be flushed around 75k-100k in my opinion depending on the car. Obviously any Chrysler product I'd do much earlier than your supposed to. Although at 80k my trans fluid in my A8 was still clean.
Just bought a Chrysler sebring 02. For my girlfriend for xmas, 140k on the clock; not a single thing was changed. All original parts besides tires and oil change. I changed out the cracked to hell timing belt, serp belt, changed the corroded spark plugs, and the trans fluid was Filthy!!
I had the trans fluid flushed and replaced with synthetic AMSoil fluid. Working much smoother now!
