Default 2000 Audi TT won't start! Help

So I bought this car on Saturday so I have had it about a week, runs like a dream. Tonight we go get ice cream. Sit and eat, get in the car it just turns over will not even try to start so I keep trying and it just keeps turning over. Battery is fine all fluids are fine. So I reset the Service! code back to "Service in 9300 miles" and it starts up. I drive it 5 minutes home turn it off wait a minute try and start it again and it does the same thing, just sits there and turns over but will not start PLEASE HELP!!!!

does it ever start? Like if you let it set for a half hour or so...Or if you keep trying to turn it over will it eventually start? The service thing sound off i mean i have had issues with the crank sensor and it was heat related...i wouldn't say its that because it doesn't die while running right? It does however sound like a sensor or relay. Fuel pump relay maybe...

Default hey

no it starts, I drive it constantly, I reset the service thing by holding the mileage button then pressing the other button next to it to clear the computer and it starts right up, never cuts out on me or bogs down, today it only did it once then started right up...

Sounds like an electrical issue to me. See if you can hear the fuel pump going on before you crank the engine over. It could be a bad relay or loose ecu connection or maybe an immobilzer issue. Usually alarms let you crank the engine over, but It doesen't start. Unlock your doors not using the keyless entry a few times to re-program the key.

I am bringing it to the dealer mechanic where I bought it. It has a bad tie rod or ball joint too I can hear it clunking. So they are taking care of that also. Does anyone else get a mild vibration in the clutch pedal? I was wondering because my old car had a serious shake in the clutch pedal and it ended up being the throw out bearing
