buying a TT...
Hey guys, im new to the forum, and i was wondering a few things about the TT, does it have back seats? does the 225 have duel exhaust? and where can i find performance parts for it, like a chip, exhaust, intake and such?
the TT coupe's have back seats the 225 &250 hp models ahve duel exhaust and the 180 has single exhaust for performance mods just search there are a ton of chips and other performance sites all over the place a hit for you you might want to find something local to where you are from
Actually that isn't quite correct. The 225HP model has a dual outlet muffler but still has single exhaust.
The Coupe's do have backseats but are only usuable if your passengers don't have any legs.
Don't go with a chip but rather a direct ECU Flash that APR or Revo is offering. I have the REVO tune and
it works GREAT! http://revotechnik.com/
The powerdifference is very noticable and any lag that may have been there before is gone.
Highly recommended.

Here is the combo I would recommend if you get a 225HP:
1.) Revo Tune with SPS3 switch http://www.revotechnik.com/
2.) If you get a tune Revo or otherwise you will need an aftermarket
Diverter Valve. I recommend the Forge. Forge 007P DV/BPV
http://www.ttstuff.com/performance_turbo.php
3.) Aftermarket Intake, TTDA, BAMM (Big A$$ MAF Mod) and the Boost Machine from Steve Schwing. http://public.fotki.com/ttschwing/ttda_and_other_inta/
That combination is fantastic compared to stock. Not only will it give you better performance and a lot more torque but it will overall smooth out the overall accelleration and eliminate any Turbo lag you had with the stock set up. It's most defintely the best bang for the buck that you can feel in the seat of your pants
