Vag-com coding for window roll and 1 touch lock/unlock
ORIGINAL: DurTTy
if your goal is to have it set to do one touch roll up, ie after you dsic battery/or reset the ECU.
then you can do it without the VAG. mine works as follows, driverside - press and hold till window rolled all way down(both) and hold for 10 seconds, do same for roll up and hold 10 secs, then repeat one more time rolll down and hold 10 secs , it will set it to do auto roll/up/down one tocuh. you can do th esame from teh outside with the key to roll up or down windows open door hold .. roll down all way , hold key in position for 10 secs, repeat same in opposite directions until the window works as desired
its in the owners manual [8D]... if this is not your intention .. then just [sm=angrymail.gif]

Well, if you read down a bit on that audiworld tech article, it actually shows a procedure for re-coding thru the radio. I've never put much time into that, but the little I've done was unsucessful.
So far, Im the only one who's posted a link directly to what they needed, and I did it once about a week ago..... so technically..... You're wrong.
I will give vegas credit, he tried, but he doesn't know the secret technique so he can only get to the tech page, not the article directly.
(right click and copy the link from properties, it'll copy with that '40' in the link, while the link from the address bar does not have that. Also, its a .shtml, and you're link was a .html)
