These numbers are acceptable for 1.8T. They should build to this by the 3rd "puff." The first is usually the lowest. If it builds from very low to very high, you likely have worn rings. If it builds way past the 220 mark on the 3rd "puff," you've likely got some carbon buildup.

Bad rings... the oil will temp seal them.

copy that ill be getting a different compression tester and seeing if the numbers match

I would let it crank over 5-6 times with the battery charger hooked up. I very well could have some carbon build up it is getting close to the time of the year that it gets a full seafoam treatment.
