Giac chip- group buy!
I have already seen other people post that they had problem with the Speedtuning chip and then were told they would not get a refund, after that they went to a GIAC chip and the car ran perfect. If a tuners product is perfect and is just a product that just happens to be a copy that they put in each car then why would they not refund a customer that was having nothing problems? That is not how you back your product as a company.
i wasnt backing up speedtunings customer service, its a discount chip so im sure they have discount support to go with it- if you dont like it then spend the extra $200 at a company that will backup their product. but i would be interested to know how many, out of the 100 people that had problems, of those problems were due to poor car hardware vs actual software problems. if speedtuning provided tech support, i would guess that most of the problems would be explained by bad supporting hardware or user error, rather then a bad software file. but you get what you paid for. GIAC is a very good company.
Please also note that GIAC does not recommend the following and it can potentially cause issues if they are installed. I have also added common problems areas that are know to cause issues.
1. Non stock spark plugs.
2. Boost controllers either manual or electronic
3. Some short ram CAI’s.
4. Turbo swaps to non K04’s or Chinese made K04’s.
5. Bad MAF’s and N75 valves
6. Bow off valves
7. Boost leaks
8. Torn vacuum lines
9. Bad coilpacks

For V6, 30V is 99+ and 12V is old V6
ah. i think im gonna have to pass.
10% is ok but not a great discount.
I think by the time you add shipping onto that I would rather just get it done locally, so I know who I'm dealing with and can deal with someone in person...

Okay, not a problem, don't forget, there is free install. BTW the way your signature is priceless. "SpeedTuning chip FAIL"
Don't Forget!!! You will need a diverter valve. A Forge, Bailey, or a TT DV (710N) or w/e.
