Default Help me pass emissions

I have a 1997 Audi A4 Quattro. I went to get my inspection and it turns out that I failed. My check engine light is either missing or burnt out. I have the following codes:

P0116- ECT Range/Performance Problem
P0150- O2 Sensor B2 S1 Circuit Malfunction
P0130- O2 Sensor B1 S1 Malf
P0401- EGR Flow Insufficient

I found the O2 sensors online but don't know which ones I need because there are three that you can purchase. Also what are the P0116 and P0401 codes? How do I go about fixing them? Is there any way that the O2 sensors are good and just loose or corroded? Any help is appreciated[sm=feedback.gif]

Plug those error codes on this page: http://wiki.ross-tech.com/index.php/Main_Page and see what the possible solutions are.

For the O2 sensors, call ECS Tuning and ask them - if you give them your VIN number, they can tell you which ones you need. The P0116 sounds like a coolant temperature failure (likely cause is the coolant temp sensor - they're known problem areas on these cars). The P0401 is your EGR system. It could be a faulty or clogged EGR valve, it could be a broken vacuum line, etc - that may require some poking and probing to be sure you localize the problem correctly.

www.purems.com is generally cheaper for O2 sensors than ECS

Are you running a cold air intake on your engine? Replacing the stock MAFS could resolve the performance part of the emmisions atleast.

Stock intake. Why would this resolve the issue without replacing the O2 sensors?
