How screwed am I?

again

coolant temp sensor - it cause rich starts. Try pushing the pedal all the way to the floor and crank it, this shuts off the injectors and should helop it start easier, release the pedal when it tries to start, you should know how your engine sounds.

The part is 15 bucks includes a new clip a new oring and a new sensor. DIY

Yup and make sure that a) you get the old o-ring out, and b) the sensor is clipped in properly. Either of these will allow all your coolant to blow out if not done right. Scale of 1-10, it's a 1 to DIY - no harder than changing the oil.

Hopefully it's not a maple syrup exhaust smell and just the CTS.

Well the good thing is there actually isn't any smoke. You can just smell it. I checked the oil, no coolant.

P1392 Camshaft position sensor open (b2) short to B+

P1340 Camshaft/Crankshaft position sensor (B2) out of sequence.

Yeah hopefully that's all it is and its not because my belt jumped a tooth or something more detrimental.
