ok so i just read this whole damn thread.. and wow.. you guys are some charaters.. i like the Avant dude.. and you live right down from me maybe like 2-3 hrs im in chesapeake city md. i also have to replace the CV axel on my passanger side and i pretty much have to do everything you did with yours lol.. i move a lil slower then you do tho :-P im thinking about debadgein my Sedan it looks so much cleaner that way.. but i just wanted to wish you luck and to let you know your not the only one in that boat lol i just bought mine 2 weeks ago lol got it in Nottingham PA its a 2000.5 A4 1.8T,G,M has 111k on it and didnt really need much snatched it for 3500 :-D.. i love it.. its my first AWD car and my First Turbo car. so its an adventure for me.. i also wanted to again thank you for all the help you have givin me over the past week.. best of luck and hit me up sometime if you happen to come up I95 again :-P we can line them up :-P (after i get my clutch of course lol) well again best of luck..

congrats on the car man! This one is also my first avant and first turbo car. There's a ridiculous amount of knowledge here for you, just make sure you do your part by searching the forum before starting a new thread. And if anyone gets any lip just give it back. Especially Yu and Nick. Coupla trolls, they are.

Hey CC, just read through this whole thread as well, and am very happy for you as well, avants are awesome and will never get old!!!! the only other wagon i feel is better looking out there is the Porche Panamera!! I my self an avant as my sig details, and im just gaga over it. If you ever what some sound tips for you avant....shoot me a PM, as i have dissected that apart about our avants, and have mine hooked up pretty nicely.....and you wont even tell by looking at it!!!
