I have a feeling that this broken PCV hose could be the major source of your oil leak and your o-ring another minor one. The PCV breather hose on my car melted in half and spewed oil all over the underside of the hood and the driver side of the engine. If you don't fix it soon, you'll only lose more oil and possibly end up with engine damage b/c you'd have no more oil left. BTW, it's easy to replace, no need to take off the intake manifold but small hands do help and some innovativeness to push the new tube into the engine and to push in the clip in securely. I used a long screwdriver. You'll see what I mean when you get to that point.
