I have had intermittent issues with my windows not going up from the driver's door control module. They all work fine when I put the key in the door on the outside and turn to the left/right. Does this mean the door switch went? Regulator? motor? Thanks!

 

I have read that the contacts on the switches can get dirty and cause issues. If the switch goes bad I believe you have to swap out the whole unit (expensive) as the switches cannot be replaced individually.

Yeah, it's likely the main window switch. Replacement isn't that bad. I bought the $42 VEMO one from ECS and it's fine. Feels about the same and the light color matches close enough. Nobody but me would know it was a replacement. Pretty easy to do too--especially if you've removed your door panels before.
