removing rotor

Hi, 1990 quattro 20v, how do remove the distributor rotor? the parts catalog calls it a glue on rotor. Thanks for any help

No, its not moving, and I dont see a set screw.

if you have a new one just break the old one

I m told you heat it up and it comes off( I finally found someone that has worked on one), thats a screwed up setup.Are there no audi techs on this site? or have they all killed themselves? thanks

yes you do heat the rotor up, I warmed it up with a propane torch and it came rigth off.
