Well mine isnt a ball/spring type. If yours is, you should probably keep it inline with the N75, if not youll probably run into other problems. If the mbc you have IS the SAME as mine then yes, bypass the N75.

Hope im not late

can you post a link/pic of your mbc?

I think your spiking when you feel this "cut" due to the mbc type/way its run. Also keep the boost under 20psi w/o a chip. your not really going to get more out of it above that, so dont risk the extra heat and extra air.

bypassed n74 last night, it was late so i test drove it around my block only, on the way to work today it was jerking off every time i floor, boost was jumping around 10-20 psi, oh and CEL flashed once (unfortunately I left my scanner at home, but it’s off now so nothing serious there)…. overall it feels a lot smoother and i’m pretty sure faster response if accelerating slower.
no problem if i have it under 10 psi
i was thinking because of mbc (bleed valve type) i’m getting boost spices, i’ll try find cheep ball-spring type bc today on the way from work…

its spikes and you have that backwards. Ball and spring's spike badly and bleeds dont. You have something wrong.

OK so after reading all this I am thinking that I need a MBC and need to bypass my N75. I do NOT have a MAP sensor so if I got just the MBC could I safely run 16-18PSI??? It's under 20. I don't have a chip or anything though just a Forge 007 DV. Here is a link to the problem I am having:
