Default Dashboard treatment

I have a 2004 A4 and have yet to condition the dash because the fear of it becoming glossy. It has the matte finish and would like to keep it that way. Is there a product you can recommend to treat it without the shine. i know armor all makes a low gloss but it is quite glossy.

What should I use? Right now I dry dust it.

What I did was go to a leather store (like Wilson's Leather, etc) or a good shoe store, and ask them for some high-quality leather conditioner. Use that on the dash and seats and trim. You won't need to use it very often, maybe once a month to maintain it. As for more regular cleaning, I use a damp microfiber towel and just wipe it down - that cleans and dusts it, and leaves the satin/matte finish. I don't like the high-shine wet finish - it looks cheap - and this works very well. To date, I have a 1999 A4 with 152k and zero cracks anywhere on any of the leather or trim.
