turbo maintance

I was wondering if the turbos on the audis need any periodic maintance? Like changing hydraulic fluid?

the only thing i can think in regrads to turbo maintance is to let it warm up before you boost it and let it cool down after you drive it hard by letting the car ible for a min or two
