just looks like someone custom mounted a vortec supercharger. anyone can do this but its gona cost some serious dough and not produce that great of results. and it will require standalone tuning.

the guys who make the supercharger for the 30v even made a sidemounted supercharger for the 12v back in the day. there's a black one on one of the forums w/ an intercooler. but i think they abandoned that project because 2 valves per cylinder is sh!tty for flow

Yeah 2 valves is pretty bad. I know a decent amount about this type of supercharging threw research. Maby if the owner if this car could come foward and say something along the lines of 'this car is freakin insane, supercharge it this way' then lol it would float my boat. But for right now, any info at all would be cool.

Regardless of how effective it ultimately is, it's still likely to be quite a bit quicker than a stock 12v (or 30v for that matter), and I give credit to whoever dreamed it up - that's how the good products we can order get started in the first place. Nice to see that at least one 12v owner said, "screw it, I'm supercharging it anyway." Much props to the builder.
