Default buying a used S4

Hi all. This is my first post on this forum.

Last summer i got a '97 audi A4. I never really had feelings for a vehicle before but i liked that car. Three weeks ago, the temperature dropped 10 degrees b/w 1pm and 3pm, and i was on a frozen bridge and i totaled my car :_(

I decided the only thing that would make me feel better would be buying an S4. I cant afford a new one, so I'm gonna try and pick up a used one, adn I had some questions for you guys.

1. I should wait till the 2006 model comes out, right? this way a used S4 will have depreciated a bit more. True?

2. If so, when will that be

3. Could I used my smacked up A4 as a parts car?

4. Which is the last model year with the "pointier" ***? not the rounded one.

Any help is much appreciated. Thanks.

I won't swear to it but I think new model years roll out around August.
