then go stage 3... most stage 3 cars will be flat out faster than an rs4.

Whats stage 3 on a B7 S4? Supercharger perhaps? And even then i dont think you could "blow by" an RS4. but you would have a considerable advantage in torque.

i was referring to a b5.. but they dont really have stages defined especially inthe b7 as its newer.. there arent really any superchargers out yet. Ive just heard rumors.. im sure some tuners are worknig on it or have done it themselves..but not readily available to the public yet.

I don't know, I suppose you can modify a B5 to beat an RS4 in a drag race, but it won't be by as much as you want it to be.

And in the end, people who buy RS4s (like myself) are not going to be impressed, because we din't buy this car to win drag races, this car is going to outperform a supercharged/turbo'd whatever B5 on a track simply because it has superior handling and a much smoother powerband that provides instantly responsive throttle.

So yeah there are already cars out there that are faster than an RS4 from other makers, I'm not worried.

And btw, why go through all this trouble just to outgun an RS4 when you won't be seeing many on the road anyway as a result of how rare they are, it just doesn't seem like a good investment.
