Default Rotor removal question

Im trying to remove my front rotors from my B5 S4. I know how to take everything apart, but, i just ran into this little bolt looking thing that's in front of the upper caliper bolt. Does anything happen if i take it out? If i do and nothing happens, am i going to have to bleed it?

dont take it out.. it looks like the rubber boot on the bleeder.. so leave it alone!!! take the two allen or torx screws out of the caliper and it should hang to the side.. then you can remove your rotors... to the very side of that you see a bigger rubber boot with some solid plastic end caps.. remove the caps and then get your allen 10mm i think could be 8 mm and remove that bolt.. theres another one on the bottom.. i just did this a few days ago..;-)

if you don't know what that is you don't need to be touching your brakes.

a beginner needs to ask how to change the oil properly, NOT ask what a brake bleeder is... if you change your oil wrong and say don't fill it enough, you break your engine, if you don't do your brakes properly you can hurt or even kill yourself or others!!
