i blew it this time. wat do i do now

iv checked out the ball joint splitter , fork like thing, might work but highly doubt it , i tried a 2by4 still didnt pop out, ill try to hammer then drill like gotaudi said

Put the nut back on the other end and tighten it. Keep on tightening it by hand. That should cause the whole bolt to spin. The spinning motion will break the rust buildup and then you should be able to punch it out with a hammer and punch.

Are you sure you are using the right hammer? Usually when this happens to me I grab the biggest hammer I can find and hammer the hell out of it. PB Blaster works great when you let it sit.

Also when you do ever get that bolt out. Clean out the whole with a drill bit or wire bush of some sort. Then use Antiseize to prevent any future issues.

this may sound crazy but if you have access to a welder then you can spot weld a nut onto the broken bolt. then just use a wrench to turn it out. this worked for me on a bolt i broke off on a 350 block. just my 2 cents good luck

heat works wonders for siezed parts. try a propane torch, heat it up, then hammer the **** out of it.
