OMG, that is so scary, I just finished installing my TB on the weekend and that same tensioner bolt was such a pain to get on with the belt. You make want to go double check that bolt again [sm=smiley13.gif]
Did you torque the tensioner roller bolt with the correct specs using a torque wrench???
