I have been trying to get my car to pass smog in CA and each place I go to says their smog machine wont hook up to the computer on my car. I bought the audi obd scanner and I can't get it to work it just sits there and says scanning but nothing else happens I waited over an hour tonight. Does anyone know what I can do or what could be wrong? It has power because it powers up the scanner. Thanks for your help
