A4 B7 Idle fluctuation

A4 B7 Idle fluctuation
Audi A4 B7, ive replaced PCV Valve, throttle body, spark plugs, coil packs, and purge valve and I still have a idle fluctuation issue, when at idle my rpm drops and goes back up at 1200-1300rpm any thoughts? Helpful ideas ?
