Hi, i bought a VCDS kits from ebay, but it dont allow me to log in. i need to clear my code for Xenon light. i need to log in to let it relearn. anyone can help?

 

thom, I don't remember having to "log in" to any place with my lite/jr/whatever version of VCDS. Do you mean it will not connect to the car's ECU? Have to admit, the ~$40 code reader I got from the local auto parts store (PepBoys maybe?) has been more helpful. I think if you have corrected a fault most any alarm lamp should clear itself after several cold/hot run cycles with no fault present. I see this is over a week old but no one else had responded. Is the problem still there?
