Don't forget to use antt-seize grease on the new threads. Have fun installing the driver side. It's a *****.
thanks! so a kit come with these universal o2's? well even though, i could still rewire them pretty easily. im pretty good with wiring and electronics. love to play with that stuff!

Now, as i under stand it, these car's have 4 o2's? Correct? 2 pre cat and 2 after cat? and are they also 17mm size like the EGT?
sorry for so many questions. just want to prepare my self when i actually do the work. i want to start and finish it. i dont like to leave work undone because i was not prepared. lol
i also want to do these sensors asap. because i will be ordering my ko4's soon, to also prepare my self when i take my motor out to change my head gaskets, valve cover seals, and water pump, aux water pump, timing belt and that stuff in the 60k service kit. big work! but its a challange i want to face. ive always wanted a project, and this will be my "big" project.
thanks again for all your info

well, i just installed my new MAF. and the car seems to idle better, (with out a small skip) but still has that fuel cut. i can make it boost to 15psi, but once it starts to fuel cut, it deboots to 5psi.
Could it be my o2 sensors?...
i though a new MAf would of resolved part of the issue, but it did not at all.
any ideas?

doubt it, still sounds like EGT(s). Where is the tach when it cuts out?

There is set rpm that it does at. I can bring my rpm's to 7000 if i want with no porblem. as long as i dont go above 5psi of boost. this morning when the car was cold. ir ran for about 10 mins. the car boosted fine and did not do that fuel cut at all. it ran compleatly fine. kinda found it weird.

It sounds like you have primary o2 sensor problems b/c you don't have any issues when the car is cold. The computer will only read the o2 sensors after the car is warmed up, and if the computer detects a fault then it will most likely go into closed loop or safe mode. Which can possibly explain why you can only boost to 5 psi, and have other driveability problems. Also you can see it through your code pattern. I am a nissan guy, but they all work the same. Also is there a way to monitor you o2 sensors through you computer? If there is, then you could rule out which one it is and save your self some money by not replacing random parts. I don't think it is the egt sensor b/c you are not throwing any codes for that, but i would not rule it out either. Also try to see if you can monitor the temp for those as well. Take your time and replace things one at a time to help keep other problems from poping up.

well, scrach my previous statement. My car is running better, slightly better. it runs better or almost perfect when its cold, but once warmed up, it does the fuel cut at above 10psi, or when it goes up to 15psi. Im still hanging on the O2's also. But since i put a new MAF, the car runs way better. i can actually drive the car normally with out needing to watch my boost.

I will plug it to my vag com when i have a chance and see what kind of codes i'm still getting. and take it from there.

Thanks again for all who put their time and input.
